Tauil & Chequer Advogados advised Bradesco BBI on the BRL 1.2 billion debenture issuance by EDP Espírito Santo

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Bradesco BBI, as lead underwriter, in connection with the public offering of debentures issued by EDP Espírito Santo, in the total amount of BRL 1.2 billion.

The transaction was led by partner Luis Otero Montes, with the participation of associates Julia Zarth and Yasmin Rópa, all from the Banking and Finance practice.
