Maria Rita Dutra is an associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in the São Paulo office. Maria Rita’s practice involves acting as counsel and advising clients in domestic arbitration proceedings and in court litigation in Brazil and abroad, in complex matters related to several industries, mainly in the construction and energy sectors. Maria Rita Dutra is also a Certified Mediator of the Portuguese Ministry of Justice.
