Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Greystar with agreements for the development and management of Multifamily developments

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Greystar on the structuring of real estate development, property management, and consulting agreements related to properties that will be developed by a real estate investment fund managed by Brio Investimentos Ltda.
The fund raised BRL 250 million to invest in the development of 5 new buildings in São Paulo, totaling 700 residential units that will be aimed at multifamily rentals managed by Greystar. Two of the developments will be in Vila Buarque, in the central region of São Paulo, and the others in the Bela Vista and Avenida Chucri Zaidan regions.
The team was led by partner Ludmilla Braga and included associate Luiz Antonio Bonfiglioli Menezes, both from the Real Estate Transactions and Investments practice.
