Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Concessionária Ecovias dos Imigrantes on a public offering of debentures worth approximately R$ 1.6 billion

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Ecovias dos Imigrantes concessionaire on its public offering of simple debentures in the total amount of approximately R$ 1.6 billion, coordinated by Banco Itaú BBA and BTG Pactual Investment Banking.

The funds will go towards an Ecovias dos Imigrantes infrastructure project, considered a priority by the relevant ministry. The system connects the metropolitan area of São Paulo to the Port of Santos, the Cubatão Petrochemical Complex, and industries in the ABC region of São Paulo and Baixada Santista.
