Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises coordinators on R$ 650 million debentures issuance by EcoRodovias
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Banco BTG Pactual, UBS Brasil Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários and XP Investimentos as coordinators on the 12th issuance of debentures by EcoRodovias, carried out under the terms of Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) Resolution 160, in the total amount of R$ 650 million.
The net funds raised in this issuance will be used to repay financing previously contracted by EcoRodovias.
The team was led by partner Luis Montes, and included associates Wilson Jung, Beatriz Lavigne, Camila Spinola and Giovanna Bakaj, all from the Banking and Finance practice.
