Tauil & Chequer Advogados advised Ricoh on the acquisition of Go2neXt
Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Ricoh Latam on the acquisition of all of Go2neXt, a Brazilian company that provides managed technology services for businesses and creates smart and collaborative workspaces. Go2neXt will continue to operate under its current name as a Ricoh group company.
The acquisition is in line with Ricoh Latam's objective to be the leading provider of digital services for workspaces in the continent and expands its coverage in Brazil.
The transaction was led by partners Carolina Bottino (Tax) and Daniella Raigorodsky Monteiro (Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions) and included associates Ana Letícia Allevato (Intellectual Property & Data Protection), Isabella Toledo (Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions), João Ribeiro Cunha (Labor and Social Security), and Raphael Furtado (Tax).
