In 2020, the Brazilian government continues its Investment Partnership Program (PPI) to develop its relationship with the private sector via concessions for infrastructure construction, operation and maintenance; public-private partnerships; the sale of government assets and shareholdings; and the modernization of the country’s regulatory framework to encourage privatization. We have created a table of information we’ve collected as we monitor these developments. In this Legal Update, we provide an updated version of this table.
