Maria Carolina Grecco Bazzanelli is an associate in the Tax practice of Mayer Brown in the São Paulo Office. She focuses her practice on tax advisory and administrative litigation, at Federal, State and Municipal levels. She advises Brazilian companies and multinationals from various economic sectors on tax aspects involving indirect taxation, international agreements, foreign trade rules, tax incentives and special customs regimes, including structuring tax efficient transactions and representation of clients before tax authorities.
After receiving her LL.M. in International Taxation from the New York University, Maria Carolina worked as a foreign associate in the Tax Transactions & Consulting practice in Mayer Brown New York Office, where she focused her practice mainly on cross border transactions.
