The dispute arises in relation to the acquisition of two digital and social media marketing agencies and the performance of earn-out provisions included in a quota purchase agreement. Brazilian law applied. Proceedings conducted in Portuguese and English simultaneously.
- Representation of a Brazilian subsidiary of a Turkey international group operating in the energy sector in a FGV CAM (Chamber FGV of Mediation & Arbitration) arbitration, and ancillary lawsuits, in a dispute involving the compliance with an energy supply agreement. Brazilian law applicable. Proceedings conducted in Portuguese.
