Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Ferrari Agroindústria on BRL 100 million debenture issuance

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown acted as deal counsel for the fifth issuance of debentures by Ferrari Agroindústria S.A., totaling BRL 100 million. The debentures were placed through a public offering under CVM Resolution 160, with Banco Itaú BBA as the underwriter.

The issuance benefits from the tax incentives provided for under Law No. 12,431 of June 24, 2011, as the funds raised will be allocated to an infrastructure project of the company deemed a priority by the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energies.
