Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised AGBI Real Assets on the acquisition of Fazenda Álamo/5 Estrelas, located in the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso, with an area of approximately 2,900 hectares, for approximately R$ 53.2 million.

Fazenda Álamo/5 Estrelas, a farm, will be part of the portfolio of assets that make up the AGBI III Carbon Fiagro Verde fund, an AGBI vehicle focused on capturing and selling carbon credits.
