Tauil & Chequer Advogados advises Navi on first REIT issuance focused on residential developments

Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown advised Navi, an investment management company, on the public offering of primary distribution of quotas of its first issuance of the limited liability real estate investment fund, Navi Residencial Prime Opportunities, under the terms of CVM Resolution 160. The offer was settled in the amount of approximately R$ 144.4 million.

The team was led by partner Bruno Cerqueira, with the participation of associate João Bertanha, both from the Capital Markets & Securitization area.
