Aline Sanches

Aline is a senior associate in the Restructuring and Insolvency practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown, based in the São Paulo office. With over 10 years of experience advising Brazilian and foreign creditors, debtors, investors, and other stakeholders on complex debt restructuring transactions, both in and out of court, including judicial and extrajudicial reorganizations, liquidations, distressed M&A, asset acquisitions, structuring of DIP financing, and related cross-border insolvency proceedings.

She is also active in pre-litigation strategy and negotiations, helping client’s structure legally sound and commercially viable solutions to manage financial distress and preserve value. As part of the Mayer Brown Latin American Group, she regularly works on multi-jurisdictional matters, coordinating with international teams and providing strategic advice in high-stakes scenarios.
