Isadora Alcântara

Isadora Alcântara is an associate in the Projects & Infrastructure and Public Law practice at Tauil & Chequer Advogados, in association with Mayer Brown, in the São Paulo office. Her practice focuses on advising domestic and international clients on infrastructure projects and public and regulatory law matters, including concessions, public-private partnerships (PPPs), privatizations, and complex government contracts in regulated sectors. She has experience across the full project lifecycle, from legal feasibility studies and procurement procedures to contract execution. Isadora also advises on regulatory due diligence in M&A and financing transactions.
