Felipe Pereira is an associate in the Antitrust practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in the São Paulo Office.
Felipe has been involved in antitrust matters since 2013, with experience both in the public sector and private practice. His activities are focused on antitrust law and competition litigation, advising both local and foreign companies from the following segments: automakers and auto parts makers, chemical products, consumer goods, entertainment, healthcare, industrial equipment, infrastructure, power generation, technology, and transportation.
Felipe has experience in the revision of commercial contracts/practices, design and implementation of antitrust compliance programs, corporate internal investigations, and the representation of companies in antitrust investigations, merger control filings, and in the negotiation of immunity and leniency agreements before the Brazilian Competition Commission (“CADE”). Furthermore, Felipe provides strategic advices in lawsuits and administrative proceedings carried out by other authorities related to antitrust matters.
