Rachel Delvecchio is an associate in the Tax practice of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown in the Rio de Janeiro office. Rachel has been working in tax law since 2011 and focuses her practice on both tax litigation and tax planning, direct taxes (corporate income taxes), social security contributions, customs clearance issues and the fulfilment of federal ancillary obligations.
In addition to control of the client’s tax litigation, Rachel also attends to fiscal procedures set out by the Municipal and State Treasury Offices, as well as the Federal Revenue Office, in compliance with of the federal and social security ancillary obligations, grant and maintenance of customs clearance special tax regimes, as well as the tax aspects related to operations of corporate reorganization and debts reorganization.
