Roberta Caneca is counsel in the São Paulo office of Tauil & Chequer Advogados in association with Mayer Brown and a member of the Tax practice. She focuses her practice on the tax aspects of infrastructure projects involving multinational corporations in different sectors and jurisdictions, like oil and gas (upstream and midstream), energy, chemical, and constructing. She advises them on indirect taxation and special customs regimes, and represents them in tax litigation before both administrative and judicial courts.
